Lunch with your student form

You can now come and eat lunch with your student. Below are the updated procedures that should be followed:

• Please complete the form to schedule a lunch visit at least 48-hours in advance. Click here to schedule a lunch visit. 
• Malcolm staff will contact you if there is a scheduling conflict.
• Follow the visitor procedures upon arrival to the building.
• Inform front office staff you are here for a lunch visit.
• Provide name of student, grade level, and teacher.
• Wait for staff member to escort you to the cafeteria and seat you at the appropriate table.
