You have to call the secretary first to make an appointment. You will need to bring two proofs of domicile, shot records, birth certificate, and a driver's license. If you are residing with someone else, you and the homeowner/renter must first go to the Charles County Board of Education to show proof of residency.

School starts at 9:20 AM.  Students may enter the building from 9 - 9:20 AM.  If you arrive after 9:20 AM, please park in the parking lot and walk your child in to the main office to sign them in.

Call the office to make an appointment with an administrator. Administration will schedule the observation with the teacher and will get back to you with a date and time. 

Call or email the staff member directly to set up a conference.

Yes, you are welcome to come in during your child's lunch period to eat lunch with him or her. You may bring lunch for your child, or you and your child may purchase a lunch from the cafeteria.

The parent will have to send an email or note with the name of the person picking up the child, and that person must have identification in order to pick up your child.

Send in a note for the office indicating the bus number and the address of your child’s destination for that day. If the child is in Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, First or Second Grade, they must also have a name of the adult who will be meeting them at the bus stop. For any ongoing or reoccurring situations, transportation must approve the change. If your child/children do not have this approval, they must ride the bus designated by the CCPS website.
